This title replaces Monthly Vital Statistics Reports effective with Volume 47, No. 1. United States Information Agency Electronic Journals

USIA publishes five electronic journals, Economic Perspectives,  Global Issues, Issues of Democracy, U.S. Foreign Policy Agenda, and U.S. Society and Values, on an irregular rotating schedule, with a new journal appearing every three weeks. Translations into Arabic, French, Portuguese, Spanish, and Russian appear several weeks later. Articles are formatted into pdf files or zipped ASCII.
