LDB staff members have negotiated the final details with Barnes and Noble for the Library Appreciation Days fund raising event scheduled for September 9 and 10. Working with partners, NJLA and Barnes and Noble, the LDB staff prepared fact sheets for the public and libraries and posted on the NJSL and NJLA websites. The Regionals notified libraries via their listservs. The promotional campaign was expanded to include brochures to be distributed to New Jersey State employees in the August 26 paychecks and used for outreach events. In addition, NJLA agreed to fund full color tent styled posters in Spanish on one side and English on the other. LDB designed them and will distribute them to all libraries.
