This publication locates certain
special library services that are under statewide
contract, and that reference librarians can use
in serving the public. Many of the services can

Electronic Services in Public and Academic Libraries,

Since the completion of the 1996
automation survey, there has been an exponential
growth in the number of computers in public and
academic libraries for patron direct access to electronic
resources. Therefore, that survey has been removed
from this web site. Current updates of the following
