ALCHL -- Center for Alcohol Studies Library, Busch Campus
One of the world's largest collections of research and professional materials related to beverage alcohol use and problems.

ALEX -- Archibald Stevens Alexander Library, College Avenue Campus
Alexander Library houses the system's most extensive collections for broad humanities and social sciences study and research.

ANNEX -- Annex Building, Busch Campus
A compact storage facility for low use materials from the New Brunswick libraries. Materials are available for circulation through the Materials Delivery Service or onsite.

ART -- Art Library, College Avenue Campus
The primary collection of books and periodicals related to art and the visual arts with an emphasis on the history of western art.

CAMDN -- Paul Robeson Library, Camden Campus
The Robeson Library houses a broad liberal arts collection which supports all undergraduate and graduate programs offered on the Camden Campus, excluding law.

CETH -- Center for Electronic Texts in the Humanities
The Center for Electronic Texts in the Humanities (CETH) is a joint venture of Rutgers and Princeton Universities, the purpose of which is to identify, disseminate and preserve texts in the electronic form.

CHANG -- Stephen and Lucy Chang Science Library, Cook Campus.
The Chang Science Library supports the science information needs of students and faculty at the Cook and Douglass campuses. It also serves the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources, the Rutgers Agricultural Experiment Station and Rutgers Cooperative Extension. Chang Library houses the primary collection in animal science, plant science, aquaculture and fisheries, physical oceanography, remote sensing, food science, bioresource engineering and related disciplines.

CHEM -- Chemistry Library, Busch Campus
The primary collections of books and periodicals covering all aspects of chemistry.

CRIMJ -- Criminal Justice Library/ NCCD Collection, Newark Campus
A specialized collection in crime and delinquency.

DANA -- John Cotton Dana Library, Newark Campus
Supports all undergraduate and graduate programs offered on the Newark Campus (excluding law) with an emphasis on business, management and nursing.

DGLSS -- Mabel Smith Douglass Library, Douglass Campus
A focused collection to support undergraduate education with an emphasis on agricultural and environmental sciences, visual arts, physical education and landscape architecture, and the primary collections for women's studies and the performing arts.

EASIA -- East Asian Library, Alexander Library, College Avenue Campus
This vernacular collection contains books and periodicals in the Chinese, Japanese and Korean languages.

ENTM --Bailey B. Pepper Entomology Library, Cook Campus
A comprehensive research collection on all aspects of the study of insects.

HERB -- Chrysler Herbarium Library, Busch Campus
The Herbarium consists of over 100,000 plant specimens arranged and cataloged systematically and mounted on sheets together with reference materials on nomenclature and herbaria.

HUNGR -- Collection of the Hungarian Foundation
The Hungarian Foundation is located at 300 Somerset Street, New Brunswick. Collection is used on their premises, by appointment only, with few items available for loan.

IMLR -- Institute of Management and Labor Relations Library, Cook Campus
The center for the acquisition, organization and dissemination of labor, industrial relations and human resources information.

School of Management and Labor Relations Library, Labor Education Center, New Brunswick

JAZZ -- Institute of Jazz Studies Library, Dana Library, Newark Campus
The IJS Library is the largest archive of jazz and jazz related materials in the world.

KLMR -- Kilmer Area Library, Livingston Campus
A focused collection to support undergraduate education and is the primary business library in New Brunswick.

LSM -- Library of Science and Medicine, Busch Campus
The primary collection of materials in behavioral, biological, earth and pharmaceutical sciences and engineering.

MATH -- Hill Center for the Mathematical Sciences Library, Hill Center, Busch Campus
Extensive research collections in mathematics, statistics, computer science and operations research.

MCRBL -- Waksman Institute Microbiology Library
This library is closed, and some records have not yet been purged from the catalog.

MEDIA -- Media Services Department, Kilmer Area Library, Livingston Campus
The primary collection of film, videotapes and other audio-visual materials for classroom instructional support. Media also schedules and delivers equipment for classroom use and provides in-house viewing rooms.

MUSIC -- Blanche and Irving Laurie Music Library, Douglass Library, Douglass Campus
Books and periodicals related to music, as well as scores and sound recordings.

PHYS -- Serin Physics Library, Busch Campus
The Physics Library contains the research collections in astronomy and physics.

RU-ONLINE
These items are available to Rutgers University students and faculty, either through their campus computers, or remotely with a username and password.

SAGE -- Gardner A. Sage Library, New Brunswick Theological Seminary

SCC -- Scholarly Communication Center

A work and demonstration space where electronic resources can be taught in hands-on classrooms, demonstrated in a state-of-the-art auditorium, and manipulated in the Data Center.

SERC -- Science and Engineering Resource Center Reading Room, Busch Campus
The undergraduate reserve collections in physical science and engineering in New Brunswick.

SPCOL -- Special Collections and University Archives, Alexander Library, College Avenue Campus
Special Collections includes the University Archives and houses the Libraries' rare books collection, the leading collection of books about New Jersey, and many other manuscript and primary research materials.

TSB --- Technical Services Building
These items are for the use of the Technical Services staff for the purposes of acquisitions and cataloging. Not available to the public.
