How to Use The Statewide Services Handbook

How to Use The Statewide Services Handbook

Scope

The Statewide Services Handbook describes only statewide library services; that is, collections and services available to all members of the New Jersey Library Network (either directly or through referral) through formal agreements between the providers and the Network. Many additional resources are available to Network members through their membership in one of the state's four Regional Library Cooperatives (RLCs).
These services are provided for reference and interlibrary loan staff. Please do not refer patrons directly to these services.

Problems

If you should have a problem using a statewide service, you may call Kathleen Peiffer, director of the Library Development Bureau (609-278-2640 x152) and discuss the problem with her directly and confidentially.
