Costs:
To hospital libraries: no charge up to a limit of 60 loans/photocopy requests per year.
To other Network member libraries: no charge up to 25 loans/photocopy requests per year.
Referrals into National Network of Libraries of Medicine: $8.00. In addition, an $8.00 fee is charged by the library filling the request.

Placing a request:

Requests may be placed to UMDNJ in the following ways:

• By using the OCLC ILL subsystem or Docline;
• By calling the Access Center if you are not an OCLC member;
• By sending an ALA form

Give your library's name and Region. If using OCLC, include the Region on the "Patron Name" line. Give all relevant information, including the user's deadline and the maximum cost you (or the user) are willing to pay. If you would like the request referred into the National Network of Libraries of Medicine, be sure to request referral. If you use Medical Network coupons, enclose a coupon.
