As to the Record of Soldiers of this State in the Revolutionary War, the War of One Thousand Eight Hundred and Twelve, and the Mexican War.
-    Be it Resolved by the Senate and General Assembly of the State of New Jersey   , That the Governor, the Treasurer, and the Comptroller be authorized to cause to be published such number of copies as they may deem proper, of the record of soldiers of this State in the Revolutionary War, which has been compiled in the Adjutant General's office, by order of the Governor; that they also be authorized to publish, if it can be prepared, a record of like character of the soldiers of this State in the War of One Thousand Eight Hundred and Twelve, and the Mexican War; that they be directed to make such disposition of the same, upon such plan and in such manner as shall appear to them most judicious and consistent with the public interests.  
- That the Treasurer be directed to pay, upon the warrant of the Comptroller, the expense incurred in carrying the foregoing resolution into effect.
