Materials Librarian “Just Finds It” at Nike

Wednesday, August 22nd, 2007

Ann Beebe Desimone has a really cool library job.  She is the U.S. apparel materials librarian at Nike headquarters.

Mostly, she revels in helping colleagues solve design problems. What buttons are big enough to carry a Nike logo print? Which vendor in Turkey makes water-resistant nylon ripstops? And where the heck is that angora sample?”
