Using the Updated ILLiad to Obtain Books and Articles: a Service for State Employees and Thomas Edison State College
Presenter: Shaaron Warne, Interlibrary Loan Supervisor and Reference Librarian

Learn how to place requests for articles, books and other items through the updated ILLiad system. You will also learn how to check on the status of your requests.

PubMed Basics
Presenter: Martha Sullivan, Health Resources Librarian

PubMed is the free, public version of MEDLINE – the U.S. National Library of Medicine's premier biomedical database.  The database contains over 17 million citations to professional level medical and life science journals. 

In this workshop we will cover navigating the PubMed search page, finding specific article citations, constructing a search, limiting the search, and saving search results.  We will also briefly discuss MeSH ( Me dical S ubject H eadings).
