RFQ for Interlibrary Loan Management System
The New Jersey State Library is seeking quotations from qualified organizations to provide a statewide interlibrary loan system to New Jersey’s libraries. This will include development or migration of a hybrid virtual and physical catalog environment; ongoing support of such an environment including outsourced host facilities management, system hardware, software and communications, administration, maintenance and processing; record enhancement; and Z39.50 target software for union catalog.
The deadline for submission of quotations is 4pm on February 15, 2012. It is expected that a contract will be awarded on or about March 15, 2012 and the effective date of the new system will be July 1, 2012.
