Join State Librarian Mary Chute as she interviews Natasha Peter, BTOP compliance officer, for a discussion on the accomplishments of the three-year BTOP initiative to assist NJ's job seekers, underemployed and small business owners. Also hear from Kathleen Moeller-Peiffer, deputy director of NJSL's Lifelong Learning unit, as she shares the goals and objectives of the new department, and plans for sustaining parts of the BTOP program through library programs focused on workforce development and NJ's small business community.
