Evaluation of New Jersey’s Five-Year LSTA Plan
This RFQ is for a required, comprehensive five-year evaluation of the New Jersey State Library’s Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) Grants to States program.
- The evaluation will analyze Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) projects from the past five years.
- We are seeking a qualified evaluator to assess results, measure impact, and provide clear, practical insights in an independent report, following IMLS guidelines.
- This work will help show what is working, identify areas for improvement, and support informed decision-making.
Interested applicants should review the RFQ and submit a proposal.
Proposals are due by 5:00 p.m. on June 30, 2026.
