WEBINAR – The Many Faces of Brain Injury: Substance Abuse, Domestic Violence, and Mental Health
January 21, 2025 @ 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm
Brain injuries can be the result of a multitude of factors, not just sports or car crashes. While domestic violence can cause traumatic brain injuries, substance abuse and mental health issues can cause chemical and physiological changes in the brain that can result in injuries that can permanently alter a person’s behaviors and personality. Please join us as Kim Myers from the Brain Injury Alliance of NJ explores the ways one can sustain a brain injury and how we can protect ourselves and others.
