There are so many types of diets that are promoted by health care providers and influencers alike that it can be hard to find the right one for you. Please join us as Emily Santora, Clinical Dietician at Capital Health Metabolic & Weight Loss Center, explores the positives and negatives of popular diet trends such as intermittent fasting, plant-based eating, Mediterranean diet, and more. She will also explore tips for healthy eating habits such as eating healthy on a budget, planning balanced meals, and healthy cooking.

Emily Santora is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist at Capital Health’s Metabolic and Weight Loss Center. She has a Master’s Degree in Nutritional Sciences from Rutgers University and is a Board Certified Specialist in Obesity and Weight Management. She is passionate about helping people achieve their health and wellness goals through evidence based nutrition.
