To sign up for a borrower’s card, or to renew an existing card, please provide the following information. We will contact you via email when your account has been created or renewed. Cards will be mailed to new borrowers; those renewing cards will keep their original card.
If you have trouble submitting the form, you may email us at circulation@njstatelib.org. Give us your name, telephone number, work email address, home and office mailing addresses, and let us know that you want borrowing privileges or your existing card renewed.
