To sign up for a borrower’s card, or to renew an existing card, please provide the following information. We will contact you via email when your account has been created or renewed.

If you have trouble submitting the form, you may email us at circulation@njstatelib.org. Give us your name, address, telephone number, email address, TESU ID number, and let us know that you want borrowing privileges or your existing card renewed.

NJSL and TBBC will be closed on Friday, June 19, 2026, for Juneteenth Day (Observed).

Due to traffic related concerns with World Cup events, NJSL and TBBC will be open by APPOINTMENT ONLY on: Tuesday June 16, Monday June 22, Thursday June 25, and Tuesday June 30. Reference services will be available via email (refdesk@njstatelib.org) and phone (609-278-2640, ext. 103) during operating hours 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
