The New Jersey State Library is pleased to announce that Kathleen Moeller-Peiffer, Deputy State Librarian for Library Support Services, has been elected to the Council of the American Library Association as a 2019-2022 Councilor-at-Large. Kathleen is named among 34 Council members who will serve a three-year term.
Headquartered in Chicago, ALA is governed by the elected Council, which is its policy-making body that delegates to the divisions of the Association authority to plan and carry out programs and activities.
