Reporting to the Deputy State Librarian for Library Support Services, Eileen is responsible for researching and identifying new funding opportunities from private and public sources to help meet program objectives and expand the activities and services of the New Jersey State Library. This will include preparing grant proposals and administering grants received by the State Library.
In this role Eileen will also provide training and continuing education to the New Jersey library community on grant-related topics including researching grant opportunities, grant writing skills and grants administration.
Eileen brings a wealth of experience to the State Library, most recently having served as the Executive Director of the Red Mill Museum Village in Clinton, NJ. She has also worked for the Historical Society of Princeton and the Museum of the City of New York.
Eileen holds a B.A. in Art History from Bryn Mawr College and has completed coursework towards a Ph.D. in Art History from the Graduate School of the City University of New York.
