State Library Sponsors Scholarship to Support ARSL Annual Conference Attendance

New Jersey State Library (NJSL) will award a $1,000 scholarship for one New Jersey public librarian to attend the Association for Rural and Small Libraries (ARSL) Conference, September 30-October 3, 2020, in Wichita, Kansas. Priority will be given to first-time ARSL Conference attendees, ARSL members, and a public library service community population of 10,000 or less. One scholarship winner representing New Jersey will be selected from applications received by the New Jersey State Library by the above due date.

  • Application due by 4:00 P.M. on Monday, May 18, 2020
  • Recipient selected on or about Monday, May 25, 2020
  • Recipient notified by Monday, June 1, 2020
