To Withdraw an Application:
Applications may be withdrawn any time prior to the submission deadline of April 6, 2020, by uploading a letter labeled “Application Withdrawal Request”.
The letter must be signed by an authorized agent for the Applicant.
- To upload the “Application Withdrawal Request”, log into your application, click on the paperclip icon in the comment box near the top of the page, and select the file for your letter.
- Once the letter is attached, click the “Request Withdrawal” button located on the right side.
- When prompted, enter in the text box that you are confirming your request to withdraw the application.
- The status of the application will change to “pending withdrawal”. You will receive a notice that a withdrawal request was submitted.
- The withdrawal request will be reviewed by the administrator.
- Once approved, the status of the application will change to “withdrawn”.
- An application may then be resubmitted up until April 6, 2020, 4:00 p.m. (EDT). No extensions will be granted.
