
NJHealthConnect was created to promote health equity and provide telehealth services to your community. This toolkit was created for you and your library patrons to access credible multilingual health information that aims to contribute to patient empowerment through health literacy. The toolkit is free and may be adapted for use in libraries in other states.

The toolkit has a subset of six folders. To set up the program in your library it is best to work through each folder in the order they are presented.
