To sign up for a borrower’s card, or to renew an existing card, please provide the following information. We will contact you via email when your account has been created or renewed.
If you have trouble submitting the form, you may email us at circulation@njstatelib.org. Give us your name, address, telephone number, email address, TESU department and mentor ID, and let us know that you want borrowing privileges or your existing card renewed.
