The NJ State Library Talking Book and Braille Center (TBBC) has partnered with the New Jersey Department of Human Services Commission for the Blind and Visually Impaired (CBVI) to present the Library Equal Access Program, otherwise known as LEAP.
LEAP offers free technology courses for individuals aged 55 and above, who have some level of vision loss, to teach them how to use accessibility features available on Apple iPad devices.
iPads are available to use in class, so owning a device is not required.

LEAP offers two different classes:
iPad Beginner Class
The iPad Beginner Class covers basic functions of iPads. It also introduces accessibility features, including VoiceOver and Siri voice commands.
Beginner classes are once a week, for six weeks.
iPad Intermediate Class
The iPad Intermediate Class builds upon the skills learned in the Beginner Class to give students an even better understanding of the advanced accessibility features available to them. While the Intermediate Class builds upon the Basic Class, taking the Basic class as a prerequisite is not required.
Intermediate classes are once a week, for four weeks.

Classes are held at several libraries throughout the state:
- Atlantic City Free Public Library – Richmond Branch
- Cherry Hill Public Library
- East Brunswick Public Library
- Gloucester County Library – Mullica Hill Branch
- Johnson Public Library – Hackensack
- Newark Public Library
- Ocean County Library – Toms River Branch
- Talking Book and Braille Center – Trenton
