Audiobooks

As a member of the NJ State Library Talking Book and Braille Center (TBBC), you have access to a wide collection of audiobooks available to you through our library.

Audiobook Players

Our audiobooks are provided on specialized cartridges designed to work with a Digital Talking Book Machine (DTBM), which is available as a free, long-term loan. Individuals, organizations, and libraries registered with TBBC are eligible to receive this easy-to-use device at no cost.

Cartridges ordered through the library are delivered to patrons free of charge via the U.S. Postal Service. They arrive in specially designed mailing containers, which include an address card listing the books loaded on each cartridge.
